摘要
Information technology plays a very significant role and become an essential requirement in all aspects, one of them in terms of public service. It is characterized by the increasingly easy to find public service based technology. The provision of services to the community by bringing the principles of electronic government (e-gov) provides a great space for the institution to provide the best service in the forms of creative innovation. With the electronic government (e-gov) is expected to improve the quality of public services. The development of information technology in government is something that is encouraging. Of course, electronic government (e-gov) will not be such a big contribution to public services by the government if the role of human resources is not optimized. The development of electronic government (e-gov) apparently not free from defects. Constraints can be identified can be seen from two sides. The first can be seen from the government side and the second can be seen from the public. Other than that encountered in the implementation of e-government can also be seen from three aspects: cultural, aspects of leadership and infrastructure aspects.
