摘要
Constructing information intelligent collection model of service consultation system by means of data mining, intend to lay a foundation for designing the service consultation intelligence system. Comparative analyze each consulting subject current status, process, deficiency and information collection situation of different service consultation system, and construct information intelligent collection model of service consultation system. This model integrates the basic process of consultation intelligence collection and uses the data mining technology, realizes an integrated function of collection, procession and intelligent analysis of service consultation intelligence, enhances the cooperation and intelligence of information and intelligence collection, realizes the automation and intellectualization of the knowledge acquisition of consultation. Through analysis, using data mining, feature recognition and many other technologies in the information collection of service consultation system is an effective way to improve the intelligence of service mode consultation, as well as the important development direction of intelligent service consultation system.
