摘要
Eight elements (Fe, Zn, Ca, Mg, Cu, Mn, Ni and Se) were determined in ten species of edible fungus. Trace elements were determined by axially viewed inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) after microwave digestion of the dried samples. The accuracy of the digestion procedures was determined by using standard reference material (GBW 07604-Poplar leaves). The precision and accuracy of determinations were verified through standard addition experiment. The proposed method can be used control and analysis of quality of some fungus samples.
