Determination of 14 elements in coal ash by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry

摘要
A method of determining 14 elements (Si,Al,Ca,Fe,Mg,Ti,K,Ba,Mn,V,Pb,Cr,Cu,Zn) in coal ash by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry is reported. Microwave digestion system and digestion conditions were investigated. Coal ash was digested by nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, and then boric acid solution was added to decompose the fluoride deposit. The method was applicable for the determination of these elements and the results were in good agreement with the certified values of coal fly ash standard reference material. This method is simple and rapid. Testing results show that recovery for the elements determined is from 94.2% to 102.3%, and RSD is below 5%.
