摘要
The article discusses the current state of energy consumption in Kazakhstan and Russia, and the outlook for introduction of LED lighting technology. The authors present the LED lighting control system based on programmable counters, and an information system for monitoring energy consumption. Developed LED lighting systems have been introduced in the educational building of the University. The comparative analysis of the two lighting technology - LED lamps and compact fluorescent lamps are shown.
