摘要
This paper presents an antipodal Vivaldi antenna designed for medical imaging application. The antenna is immerged into a specific matching liquid to reduce the reflection at the tissue boundary, covering a wide frequency bandwidth from 0.5Ghz to 3Ghz. The performance of the antenna is evaluated and optimized. The system is constructed by 16 antennas and the imaging performance of the system is discussed preliminary.
