摘要
The present work investigated the temperature rise of an interstitial-free steel sample during differential speed rolling as functions of the height reduction and roll speed ratio. The temperature rise increased with increasing either height reduction or roll speed ratio, approaching a maximum value of 100 degrees C under height reduction of 40% and roll speed ratio of 1:4. In addition, the temperature rise of the sample during deformation was predicted by the concept of the energy-based state equation. (C) 2012 Elsevier B. V. All rights reserved.
