摘要：
This paper was prepared to make analysis on the need for safety monitoring on concentration overturn of hazardous gas that happened in the online analyzer house in petrochemical engineering. This was achieved by introducing a PLC (programmable logic controller) based safety interlocking and monitoring system including its structure and realization of interlocking logic. The system delivers real-time automatic monitoring and interlocking control on concentration overturn of hazardous gas, being able to satisfy the need for automated management in industrial processes.
