摘要：

This paper chooses 10 enterprises of the top 50 listed real estate enterprises as decision-making unit (DMU) in China in 2010, this paper makes relative effectiveness analysis to their overall efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency evaluation by adopting data envelopment analysis (DEA). The results show that: overall efficiency of the real estate industry is low, which requires an effective evaluation system for effective evaluation of the enterprise, a reasonable control of input costs to increase corporate profits, so as to enhancing efficiency.
