摘要
Compared with the existing communication system, 60 GHz technology has many advantages. This paper introduced the design of the 60 GHz transceiver front end for high speed data transmission system, and discussed the realization method of some key high frequency components, such as V band low noise amplifier, V band modulator and so on. The output power of the transmitter is +3dBm, the error vector magnitude (EVM) is less than 8%; the receiver gain is greater than 50dB, the output power of ldB compression point is greater than 10dBm, the noise figure is less than 5dB. System experiment shows that the quality of the modulated signal generated by the transmitter is good, and the degeneration caused by the receiver is small, which means that our transceiver front end can meet the requirements of the 0.9Gbps data transmission system.
