摘要
The article develops new approaches to the system of employees' reward. Nowadays three major approaches are known to influence significantly upon the development of employees' reward system: the individualized approach; the differentiated approach and the innovative approach. The structure of the contemporary system of the employees' compensation in all its forms is presented.
