摘要：
Youth work is a field in which professionalization is still, both in Romania and other European countries is still under construction. However, the role and the positive influence of the youth worker in the development of the youth, both from personal and professional perspective is undeniable. The present article aims to present the current context of youth work as a profession, how and why the youth worker can support the professional integration on the labor market of the youth and the intermediate outcomes of a research and training project in the field of youth work and career counselling of youth.
