摘要
Absorption and emission spectra of Yb3+ in yttria - stabilized cubic zirconia were studied. Selective emission spectra of Yb3+ in crystal ZrO2 - 0,3% Yb2O3 12% Y2O3 at wavelength scanning the exciting light in the absorption band range were registered. Emission spectra of Yb3+ with 3 ms and 5 mus time-delay relation to excited pulse were also obtained for the crystal. The results of the carried out experiments are discussed within assumption frame of existing three basis types of optical centers.
