Research on Design Management from Interaction System Perspective

In this paper we describe our research on design management from interaction system perspective. We present it from two parts: theory research and case study. Literature research had done to establish the interaction system of design management in the first part and then three core thoughts of design management from interaction system perspective were generalized. The design project of 24 hours self-service library, as a practical case of interaction system theory, is analyzed from four aspects: manager, interaction behavior, interaction context, and interaction technology method, which are all around the three core thoughts. In every aspect, the case is studied from three levels of design management theory. In the conclusion part, we summarize the research and practical process and promote further subdivided research directions.
