Yossi Yovel is an Assistant Professor at Tel-Aviv University, Israel, where he studies bat echolocation. He received his joint honours Bachelor's degree in Biology and Physics before moving to complete his PhD with Hans-Ulrich Schnitzler at University of Tübingen, Germany, in 2008. He then completed postdocs at the Weizmann Institute, Israel, and University of Chicago, USA. © 2018. Published by The Company of Biologists Ltd.
