摘要：
A mathematical model for the description of the steady state and transient behaviour of multi-membrane multi-enzyme sensors was formulated. Kinetics of the electrode reaction and different partition and diffusion coefficients within the considered five compartments are included. The resulting implicit difference scheme is unconditionally stable.
