摘要
With the large-scale development of new energy, the issue of new energy consumption has gradually emerged. Under the premise of guaranteeing reliable integration of solar and wind power, and maintaining stable and safe operation of the power grid, renewable energy acceptability of the grid may be different from grid strengths, power structures, or load levels. In order to comprehensively coordinate power supply resources of the grid, reasonably arrange the development scale and construction timing of new energy sources, ensure the scientific development and effective use of new energy power generation. In this paper, take Qinghai Power Grid as an example. The paper analyzes the new energy abandonment rate and consumption capacity of photovoltaic wind power from 2017 to 2019, puts forward the influence of different load levels, different delivery curves on consumption capacity of photovoltaic wind power. According to wind power generation characteristics, photovoltaic power generation characteristics, wind and solar complementary characteristics, based on new energy consumption capacity, the paper also puts forward the grid connection scheme that are the priority development of photovoltaic, the priority development of wind power, and the optimal ratio of wind and solar power. At last, the paper can give constructive advice for the follow-up new energy connection scheme to reduce renewable power abandonment.
