Research on Fast Pyrolysis Process for Bio-oil with Richful Polyphenols by Spouted-circulated-fluidized Bed

摘要
In this paper, spouted-circulated-fluidized bed(SCFB) fast pyrolis experiments have been conducted on a sample of Larix gmelinii to determine the effect of reaction temperature, particle size, feed rate and gas flow on the content of phenolic compounds in bio-oil and to optimize the process with the purpose of increasing the phenolic content of bio-oil. The result indicated that the reaction temperature and particle size were the main factors, the optimized process was: reaction temperature 823K, particle size 0.3mm-0.45mm, feed rate 50 r . min(-1), gas flow 15 m(3) . h(-1).
