摘要：
Advanced colorectal cancer is a significant cause of cancer mortality in industrialised countries. 5-fluorouracil hers remained the principal drug used in treating this disease, and although it has tangibly improved patient outcome, further gains can potentially be made. This review focuses on the current development of novel therapeutic agents which have potential in the treatment of colorectal cancer.
