摘要
Five-Factor/Big-Five is a personality model which is widely studied in several language groups and supported by most of them. This study started with 924 IPIP (International Personality Item Pool) items and developed into a personality inventory which is constructed of 15 sub dimensions based on Five-Factor Personality Model. Study sample included 790 Turkish adults (357 male, 433 female). The development of the scales were based on item-factor analyses and internal consistency procedures. The results supported, reliability and construct validity of sub dimensions and Five-Factor Model. However, the results indicated that a revision study is needed for the Emotional Stability factor.
