摘要
Porous nano-hydroxyapatite (n-HA)/polyamide66(PA 66)/chitosan (CS) composite materials for artificial bone repairing were prepared by solution-blending, drying and subsequent compression molding. Polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) and pure NaCl were used as porogen. The experiments show that pH value in SBF solution changes in the range of 7.4 similar to 7.65. When the mass ratio of PVP/NaCl is controlled at 1:3, the composite has pore diameters of 100 similar to 500 mu m, total porosity of 72.4%, and inter-connective porosity of 56.3%. This material meets the biological requirements, i.e. ingrowth of blood vessel and bone tissue, and transfer of nutrient substance.
