摘要：
It is a systemic process to build an innovative city, including science and technology innovation, organization innovation and culture innovation, etc., while the science and technology innovation plays a supporting role in the whole innovative city construction. As the first national experimental city of science and technology innovation, Hefei should base on its strong superiority of scientific research, to carry out the science and technology innovation and to promote the innovative city construction. This paper analyses Hefei's scientific research capacity mainly from National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) aspect, and gives suggestions on utilizing scientific research advantage to promote the innovative city construction in Hefei.
