摘要
With the unceasing development of the technique of pellet production and the continuously-rising of the level of manufacturing equipment both at home and abroad, the proportion of utilizing the equipment such as the grate, rotary kiln and annular cooler has been enlarging. The paper goes deep into discussing about the automatic controlling system of the pellet production of the technology of grate, rotary kiln and annular cooler. During the practicing on the fields in the Iron and Steel Companies of Liuzhou, Chongqing and Handan, using the technics of the industrial computers, Ethernet and PLC to form systematic hardware configuration, network configuration, the centralized management and the automation control so as to realize the automation of the pellet production of the technology of grate, rotary kiln and annular cooler.
