摘要：
This paper proposes a fuzzy model for making decisions regarding the evaluation and selection of the public investment projects, illustrated in an appropriate case study. The classic evaluation of the economic, social and ecological performance of the public investments is not enough and it is not possible because the indicators used to highlight the quantitative and qualitative aspects have a certain incertitude degree and they cannot be expressed in rigorous monetary terms in all the situations. The models based on the fuzzy logic offer to the managers of the public administrations a reasonable solution for substantiating their decisions.
