摘要：
In this paper, we take the exploration of ice and snow landscape as the starting point, deeply understand the combination law of ice and snow landscape design elements, explore the relevance of ice and snow landscape design in Coastal area cold cities, Coastal cities can better show the characteristics of ice and snow landscapes in the cold season and give an analysis of the characteristics of ice and snow landscape design in cold cities. On this basis, from the visual aesthetic characteristics of ice and snow landscape, the relationship between ice and snow landscape and vision, and the visual design method of ice and snow landscape, the visual aesthetic effect of ice and snow landscape design in cold cities is given.
