摘要：
Annotation Following article is aimed on specific municipal cooperation instrument in Czech republic that means problem of municipal cooperation in the participation of microregions. Microregions are varying subjects and their launch and finish has spontaneous character determined by variation of different needs and original reasons to fulfill these needs by in many cases local public good production. However this local public good exceed possibilities of one only municipality - not only as an economic problem but also as territorial and sociocultural problem. This article will emphasize regional disparities and differences determined by the population of unit municipalities and microregions.
