摘要
The current situation and characteristic on the production scheduling system of a steel-making plant is analyzed,then the constitution of the production scheduling system is presented, which includes three subsystems:production planningning, dynamic scheduling, production monitoring. And the function of each subsystem is also analyzed,the mode of production scheduling is researched. The actual application shows that the scheduling mode has improved managementefficiency and of decision level and has ensured the production planning complete successfully.
