摘要
The research objective includes the detection of correlation between cytokines profile and cancer formation. The level of some cytokines (IL2, IL6, IL10,TNF alpha) and oncomarkers (CEA, CA125, CA19-9, AFP) was determined in 53 cervix cancer patients blood serum. The control group consisted of 12 practic healtly people. As the results showed preinflamatory cytokines level were 7,7; 3,0 and 6,4 times higher respectively in cervix cancer patients than in group of control. It is suggested that these cytokines are growth factors for cancer cells and promote the metastasis. These patiens displayed an increase of onkomarcerconsentration. The level of CEA, CA125, CA19-9 and AFP raised by 2,8; 3,5; 3,1 and 3,2 times respectively. Thins the determination of cytokines level can be used in early diagnostic and screening cervical cancer.
