摘要
Shock absorbers influence the vehicle oscillations significantly. Hence their proper mathematical description contributes to the overall accuracy of the full vehicle simulations. Experimental investigations of shock absorbers are usually focused on low velocities (up to 1,05m/s) and frequencies (up to 3,3Hz), representing the typical operation range during handling maneuvers. The present study introduces measurements, in which the shock absorber is loaded at high velocities (up to 8m/s) and/or frequencies (up to 50Hz). In case of ride comfort and misuse simulations, these excitations are more representative. Based on these experimental results, the performance of a rheological shock absorber model is investigated. Moreover the full vehicle simulations with implemented rheological shock absorber model are introduced and discussed.
