摘要
High temperature solid state synthesis was used for preparation of LiFePO4/C composite material and cobalt doped LiFePO4 composite material. Glycine assisted combustion method was involved as a carbon coating procedure. It uses glycine as a carbon precursor for conductive coating and connecting of active material nanoparticles. Two different samples were prepared and investigated - clear LiFePO4/C material and LiFePO4/C doped with 1% of cobalt. The aim of this work is to show how a supervalent ion of cobalt influences parameters of cathode material. Electrochemical characterization by galvanostatic cycling, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and rate capability was made and physical characterization by SEM, TEM and X-ray diffraction was provided.
