摘要
This paper proposes a millimeter-wave bandpass filter. Which could be applied to extremely high frequency range of 5th generation wireless systems in the future. A third-order band pass Chebyshev filter with an operating frequency of 28GHz and coupled-feed is realized on printed circuit board using conventional microstrip line resonators which has an area of 14.85 x 15.96 x 0.203 mm(3). A second resonator with both ends shorted to the ground by via is proposed for bandwidth enhencement. Coupled-feed technique using tapered transmission lines are also proposed to provide a better impedance matching and better bandwidth. The measured 10-dB bandwidth 2.09GHz (26.90 - 28.99GHz).
