摘要
The comprehensive indicator system of seismic serviceability assessment of water supple network is established in terms of nodal pressure and flow of water supply network. According to many uncertain characteristics of influencing factors, Hence a new method for seismic serviceability assessment of water supple network is presented in this paper. The method has two advantages of considering two uncertain characteristic and realizing seismic serviceability assessment qualitatively and quantitatively based on cloud model and matter element theory. The method uses cloud model to express the things eigenvalue of matter element, calculates the correlation function of feature matter element models and standard ones, and identifies the seismic serviceability grades of water supple network. The application results indicate the method is effective and can reflect practical conditions of seismic serviceability assessment of water supply network.
