摘要
For teacher who is seeking to implement modern education goals, it is important to create prosperit y educational and learning environments, which were not relevant to the traditional paradigm The learning environment is o ne of the most important factors influencing the successful form ation of adolescent self-esteem, their self-expression an d creative autonomy The concept of learning environment includ es - the schools tradition, domestic regulations, pupil an d teacher relationship, the psychological climate, school manage ment and teacher's work style It is typical for the autocr atic teacher work style to stereotype and depersonalise the pupils, this weakens the adolescent self-esteem. Meanwhile, democratic procedure, learner's participation in decision making, respectful relationship, honesty and self-discipline promotes lea rners self-confidence and enhances self-esteem. Well organized le arning environment is a good atmosphere to motivate pupils and encourages them to become a proactive, independent and re sponsible persons.
