摘要：
This paper selects cost method to estimate the level of social capital in different regions, and uses balanced panel data of 31 provinces from 2000 to 2015 to empirically study the relationship between social capital and regional economic growth. The results demonstrate that social capital has a significantly positive effect on the development of regional economies. Besides physical capital, human capital and technical capital, social capital is also an important factor that can drive regional economic growth.
