摘要
The dynamics of diffusion-controlled particle growth on a substrate in an electrolytic deposition are studied numerically by means of the nucleus growth model, proposed by the author. The present model enables the author to describe the entire process of the electrodeposition. From large scale computer simulations it is found that at small initial supersaturations there exist three characteristic stages with two crossovers for the time-dependent behavior of the electrodeposition process.
