摘要
Based on analyzing the development status of the real estate market in Harbin, this paper selects 18 indicators to construct the real estate investment environment evaluation index system from economic development, natural environment, infrastructure status and other aspects, and then the paper uses factor analysis method to conduct an evaluation for Harbin real estate investment environment compared with 26 large and medium-sized cities of China in 2011. The evaluation results show that generally Harbin real estate investment environment is lower than the national average level, so there is still a gap compared with some cities in terms of socio-economic development, quality of environmental and level of urban development. According to the comprehensive scores and ranking differences, this paper analyzes the main problems and causes of real estate investment environment in Harbin and puts forward some suggestions to improve real estate investment environment in Harbin.
