摘要
We used flow cytometric analysis to determine the cell cycle characteristics of human CD34+ cells from fetal bone marrow (BM), adult BM, and umbilical cord blood (UCB) samples. Fetal BM had three-fold more cells in the S-phase than did adult BM or UCB. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
