摘要：

LEX is a famous stream cipher algorithm based on the block cipher AES. Using the randomness test standard proposed by the Cipher Administration of China, this paper tested the randomness of the key stream of LEX. Using 1000 groups of key stream data that each group has 1000000 bits, the test shows that the key stream of LEX algorithm has very good randomness, and it fully meets the requirements of national standard.
