摘要：
With the arrival of the information-based industrial revolution, popularizing the information technologies has great meanings for building enterprises in improving the management level and implementing scientific management. On the basis of the analysis of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) theory, this text has explained the main influence of ERP theory on the development of building enterprises, analyzed the application of ERP theory in the building enterprises, and provided the countermeasures of implementing ERP in the building enterprises.
