Through investigation of energy consumption for three typical villages in difference thermal partitioning and computer simulation, twelve energy schemes are evaluated by Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). The improved energy upstream inventory analysis model includes not only mining, production phases but also transportation and distribution phases, based on which and inventory analysis mode of energy use phase, life cycle energy consumption and environmental emission indexes of twelve different energy systems are calculated by the iterative method. Finally life cycle integrated indexes are reached by Environment Impact Assessment (EIA). Integrated indexes of renewable and clean energy systems (A(2), A(3),D-2, D-3, E-2, E-3) are 0.15,0.21,0.2,0.25,0.12,0.16, which are much more lower than the comparing traditional schemes (A(0). A(1). D-0. D-1. E-0. E-1). Consequently environment-friendly prospect of energy conservation and emission reduction for developing renewable and clean technology in rural areas can be verified by quantified indexes, which is practically significant for the construction of new socialistic villages in China.
