摘要
Reasonable utilization of resources and regional eco-environment is the important foundation and necessary to achieve sustainable development of social economic. With RS & GIS and some relevant theories, the author builds an index system of comprehensive estimation of eco-environment and the background database on eco-environment of Sichuan province, and decides the weights of index by spatial principal components evaluation method. The regional eco-environment model has been constructed. Through overlay analysis of the synthetic assessment model of eco-environment, the synthetic assessment results have been achieved and classified to 5 grades by the eco-environment quality. The classification result indicates that the eco-environment quality turn to bad gradually from east to west, which has strongly relativity compared to changing trend of nature condition, climate factor, and status of resource exploitation using, moreover, the assessment result is consistent with the data analyses, which explain the assessment mode have scientific rationality and impersonal veracity.
