摘要
Carbon capture power plants(CCPP) are one of the most critical technologies for achieving low carbon development and carbon reduction targets for energy and power. Compared with traditional thermal power plants, their larger operation period and more flexible scheduling methods have a wide range of application prospects, bringing a new impact on the traditional power system planning and operation. In view of China's power development, this paper proposes an optimization operation model for carbon capture power plants in the context of low-carbon economic. The method first analyzes the carbon capture power plants' power side costs according to their operational characteristics, in which a stepped carbon trading cost model is used to calculate the carbon costs more accurately. Then an objective function is constructed based on the objectives of minimizing the costs and carbon emissions, and various operational constraints are identified. Finally, based on the case study, the operating conditions of carbon capture power plants under different scenarios are simulated and optimized. The results show that the model is able to realize the low-carbon economic operation optimization of carbon capture power plants, reflecting its accuracy and effectiveness.
