In this paper, we consider gravitational spin-orbit coupling of the spin of a spinning test particle with its own orbital angular momentum. It is shown that in the presence of such a coupling, the periastron of the spinning particle would shift in much the same way that the periastron of a non-spinning particle in the field of a Kerr black hole shifts. We obtain, in this paper, an expression for the periastron shift.
