摘要：
The purpose of this paper is to introduce the reader to the basic concepts associated with DC motors & drives and AC motors & drives. It is intended to give a general understanding of DC and AC drive systems to the reader who has had little or no exposure, and to reinforce these principals to those who already have a limited knowledge of one or both of them.
