摘要：
Many problems of urban administration occur in the rapid urbanizing progress in China. Traditional way of urban administration is facing lots of challenges. Especially the entry of new-type urbanization strategies calls for new urban governance theories. This paper analyzes of urban governance models and the reference analysis of corporate governance theories for urban governance, asserts that urban governance should be adjusted and transformed according to corporate governance.
