Study on Project Management Performance Evaluation of Construction Enterprises from the Perspective of Knowledge Sharing

摘要
To ensure the quality of information exchange of construction enterprise, effectively coordinate the relationship between the involved parties, established index system of project management knowledge sharing factor. We introduce knowledge-sharing degree and apply the factor analysis methods to evaluate the project management performance of construction enterprises quantitatively. Reach conclusions: (1) Funds, equipment, raw materials and other tangible assets are not important factors in evaluation system of project management performance; (2) Enterprise knowledge-sharing capabilities and officers intelligence capital as an important factor in performance evaluation; (3) Intangible capital replaces physical capital requires certain prerequisites;(4) the cooperation and sharing willingness of each project participant are the prerequisite to carrying out the project knowledge sharing mechanism.
