摘要
According to the plan of defense and post-blackout restitution of the National Electric Power System (KSE), restitution of the thermal power plant's blocks is a priority. Due to a catastrophic breakdown, the blocks of the thermal power plant will change over either to own auxiliary operation or to the emergency outage. In the power plants, where the second case will occur, the blocks must be started up urgently from a source with the self-starting capability. In the western area of KSE, Dychow hydro-electric power plant (EW Dychow) plays the role of the starting-up source. In the paper, the control tests results and system trial carried out at the beginning of July 2011 that confirmed the power plant's capability to participate in the restitution of the KSE are presented.
