The implementation of changes in all spheres of human activity is based on using of approaches developed for project management. Using standard and proven project approaches and methods allow getting a good result when implementing sufficiently standardized projects. What is necessary for a project manager to manage projects in rapidly changing, unconventional conditions of project implementation? What knowledge, skills and practices should be developed for the future success of the project? An answer can be knowledge and practice. Often project managers with the excellent professional knowledge and sufficient successful practice in project implementation can not cope with non-standard changes. What is going on or what is not enough for such professionals? The diversity of the project manager is a key to success. The project manager should not only know and be able to apply professional methods, achievements, and approaches but also "go beyond" the project. And for this, it is necessary to be also a creative person.
