摘要：

The development of tourism real estate in the leading function of serving tourism or promoted by the tourism is increasing its role in the development of our real estate market, but the negative effects to the ecological environment also has been showed up. The paper makes a systematic analysis of the development of tourism real estate, the characters of market requirements and the environmental effects of Lijiang ancient town since the year 1996. It puts forward the strategic measures as enhancing the leading role of government, strengthening the urban planning and ecological environment protection etc., to promote the harmonious development of tourism real estate and heritage ecological environment of Lijiang ancient town.
