摘要
We evaluate the constant acceleration, linearly decreasing acceleration, and aaSIDRA models in terms of generating second-by-second speed profiles for emission estimations at an intersection. The models are first calibrated using field data from individual vehicle trajectories. With the calibrated models, second-by-second speed and acceleration data are produced, and emissions are estimated using MOVES. Emission estimations based on the calibrated acceleration models are then compared with those based on field trajectory data. The constant acceleration model tends to overestimate emissions; both the linearly decreasing acceleration model and the aaSIDRA model provide accurate emission estimations. (c) 2012 Elsevier Ltd.
